Who's behind this
We measure things for a living. This is the multi-site door.
Location Roulette is operated by Code63 Labs, a small US build shop with one house rule: verified at the source, or it doesn't get asserted.
Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local businesses. The conviction behind this door came from attribution work for a specialty practice: thirteen months of traced inquiries showed handling — not lead source, not demographics — producing a threefold spread in outcomes, and a third of even staff-handled threads losing their next step wherever no system enforced one. One building, one team, and that much variance. Multi-location groups run the same physics across N buildings, N teams, and N inherited habit-sets — with group averages hiding the result.
The chains that conquered this all converged on the same tool: identical measurement, per site, on a schedule. This door builds that tool for groups that don't have a corporate ops department to build it themselves.
What we can show you
- The measured findings — the numbers on this site come from a real engagement's records (anonymized; it's their data, we did the measuring), labeled as such, because honesty about evidence is a habit.
- A working demo of our measurement dashboards on realistic fictional data — email for a walkthrough link.
- This site's own machinery — the assessment, scoring, report and booking are systems we built and run. Take the assessment; you're test-driving the workmanship.
The rules we work by
- Estimates are labeled estimates. Measurements carry timestamps. The difference is the product.
- Prices are published. $500 discovery (first three locations), builds from $2,500.
- No invented proof. No fake testimonials, no stock-photo team, no statistics we can't source.
- The AI is named. Report analysis is written by Claude, an AI model, from your answers — it says so in every report.
