How we measure

The only fair comparison is an identical probe.

Location rankings built from anecdotes and revenue conflate demand with handling. We send the same inquiry to every site at the same hours and write down what each one does.

The four axes

Self-reported first, measured second

The free score is what you tell us, labeled as that. The $500 discovery measures every site identically: timed test inquiries — same script, same channels, same hours — into each location over five business days, per your written permission. Every outcome timestamped at the source. You get the scorecard: per-location answer rates, response speeds, follow-up counts, ranked, beside your self-reported guesses. Owners are usually wrong about which location is worst — that finding alone reorganizes the next leadership meeting.

What we don't do

Pricing note: the $500 discovery covers up to three locations; larger groups get a quoted per-site addition in writing before anything runs — published-floor pricing, same as everything else here.
